The photo appears to be a vintage copy, possibly from a book or other vintage publication. It pictures the players from the 1896 Ottawa Hockey Club. Left to Right they are:

The photo was cut at the based then mounted onto a vintage cabinet card that features the original autograph of Fred Chittick, goaltender for the Ottawa Hockey Club from 1895-1901.

This is one of the oldest known autographs for a player who played in the big leagues.
