1938 Trail Smoke Eaters - Allan Cup Champions

Winners of the Patton Cup, McBride Cup, Savage Cup, Daily News Cup and Allan Cup of 1938, this Trail Smoke Eater Senior Hockey team would go on to represent Canada in the 1938-39 World Championships and take home the Gold Medal. Very seldom seen in this 8 X 10 glossy photo format, this photo is all original from the period. The image is in good condition with only slight crimping in the top right area of 3" and some light edge wear on the left side. I have seen a few postcard size images of this iconic team by never a full 8 X 10. The photo is set in a modern frame for display purposes only and is not included in the sale. The photo will be mailed in a protective top loader and given every protection for shipping.
